Portal / explosion VFX effect found in viral "MH370 orb" video
Recently - or once again - two videos claiming to be of MH370 in its last moments have gone viral - these videos consist of a video allegedly taken from a IR “thermal camera” on a drone and what is claimed to be a spy satellite - both of which have garnered the attention of a number of people including KimDotCom who offered a 100,000 dollar bounty to anyone who could prove the video was a hoax:
The Corridor Crew (a VFX YouTube channel with 6 million subscribers) recently done a video on the VFX they say were used on Nov 29th 2023. One of the most damming pieces of information was the reference to a four month old Reddit post by user IcySlide7698 who explains that they found the VFX used in the drone video - the Reddit post in question can be found here:

I have edited the section of their video regarding the use of a VFX element used at the end of video 2 below. This explosion element matches what is used in the video exactly - obviously in nature this is impossible in regarding an explosion without it being VFX:
These VFX effects have been discussed at length - however even though these effects were found the debate continues about the video:
The VFX effects seems to match perfectly at the end of both videos:
Original videos in question that are going viral:
1.Satellite video (NROL_22):
2.Drone footage (MQ-1C Gray Eagle):
Other information:
Researchers on the biggest UFO forum on the internet r/UFOs discussed the two videos earlier in the year in which they claimed to identify the drone in question as a MQ-1C Gray Eagle and the satellite as the NROL-22 spy satellite.
It is worth noting that MH370 was at a cruising altitude of 35,000 feet when it disappeared on the ATC radar. The altitude is important, since if the MQ-1C Gray Eagle UAV has an upper range in terms of altitude of 29,000 feet, then how is the drone in the video operating so far beyond its limits i.e. +6000 feet.
Perhaps the larger question is why would any military agency send a UAV with these capabilities to intercept a civilian aircraft - even if something was wrong at the time - the logical outcome would be to send fighter jets who can cruise at the desired altitude without problem and also keep pace with MH370 - this is how intercepts are done historically. A drone would largely seem useless - note that the MQ-1C Gray Eagle also only reaches speeds of 155 miles per hour and MH370 would have been at cruising speed of between 550-600 miles per hour - at the time the video was taken.
The drone would never be able to even keep pace after the first initial pass. It would be just be a wasted pass.
Also in the drone video there seem to be clear anomalies as discussed by researchers including what are duplicate frames - these occur at the 45 and 47 second mark of the drone video - this duplication includes the background “noise” as well - see MES video here on HIVE: https://hive.blog/hive-106474/@mes/jodhozrx
The videos were first posted on a YouTube channel called RegicideAnon in May/June 2014 - videos received by a source that is not mentioned. Note that this would not only be classified drone footage at the very least but also footage from a spy satellite - although their YouTube was deleted their other social media at the time of writing this article was still active i.e. Twitter: https://twitter.com/regicideAnon
A very strange outcome for an account sharing highly classified spy satellite and drone footage.
One of their follows seems to be a friend - this person only made their account in 2018 so we can speculate that RegicideAnon maybe still active with this account in messages -
The account in question that is asking RegicideAnon if they want to play “BedWars"; a video game; has an interesting number of follows who seemed at least adapt in computer generated graphics:
Some of RegicideAnon’s acquaintance’s retweets:
I am not saying any of these people are involved in anything. But it does raise questions i.e., if the outward story is to be believed, RegicideAnon obtained highly classified footage from a high level whistle-blower - at a stage when whistle-blower agencies like Wikileaks were at their apex. So we are also asked to believe that instead of choosing a whistle blowing organisation like Wikileaks - that could bring legal protections and a spotlight on the videos- they choose to send it to a small YouTube channel which totalled roughly 12 thousand views on both videos.
